Our Pastors

Steve Witt is a former business trainer and long time church planter. Steve started Bethel Cleveland in 1996 and travels extensively exporting skills and lessons learned locally.

He is the author of the book, "Voices: Understanding the Language of Heaven." Steve serves on several governing boards and has a Master's Degree in Theology from Ashland Seminary. He is a life coach at heart and longs for progressive maturity in every follower of Christ.

Steve has been married to Cindy for 32 years, has four children and resides in Brunswick, Ohio.

Chet Fahrmeier has been in pastoral ministry for over thirty years. He has a passion for seeing God’s supernatural power released in people’s lives, causing the sick to be healed, the bound to be set free and the broken to be restored. Chet received a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Central Bible College. At Bethel Cleveland, he serves as an anchor pastor, providing pastoral care, overseeing Bethel’s prayer ministry and new Prayer House, as well as teaching, training and leading in a variety of areas.

Chet has been married to his wife Debra for 31 years and they have two children. Chet, Debra and their son Brent currently reside in Parma.

Cindy Witt was born and raised in Canada. She attended Bible college in Springfield, Missouri. She has been married to Steve for 32 years and raised four children. Cindy has been involved in planting four churches, serving in pastoral, administrative and teaching roles. Her current position combines excellent people skills and administrative oversight to ensure "every member involvement." Cindy's passion is to see people of God raised up in maturity and destiny.

Michael Hoff has a B.A. in Biblical Literature: Old Testament from Oral Roberts University and a Masters of Divinity from Ashland Theological Seminary. Michael is over Young Adults Ministry, Discipleship, Journey Groups & Outreach. He has a passion for reaching Young Adults, helping them discover their passions and connecting them with their purpose. He also has a heart for bringing Christ's love in tangible ways to the poor, homeless, and broken in Cleveland, and specifically, in Slavic Village.

Michael and his wife Beth have been married for 5 years and reside in Brunswick.

Beth Hoff has a B.A. in Biblical Literature: New Testament from Oral Roberts University and a Masters in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Seminary. Beth oversees the BethelTrack, Administration, Assimilation, and Family & Children's Ministries. She is passionate about training and equipping the church body to be ministers of the Gospel both in the church and in the marketplace.
