Campus Awakening, from Bethel Church in Redding, CA, just invaded Bethel Cleveland!
Erica Greve, Director of Campus Awakening and Associate Director of Jesus Culture brought a powerful message of campus transformation. Her personal story of encountering God while in college is an incredible testimony of how God's heart is for the young people on college campuses and how they are desperate to know his love. Erica not only carried a message of campus outreach, but also imparted vision, prophetic destiny, and new boldness to the group of over 200 young people that was present for this event.
The Campus Awakening team consisted of 26 individuals, both leaders and members of the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, CA. Despite the whirlwind tour of the U.S. that this team had been on, they arrived at the Cleveland airport on Thursday with an excitement and readiness to bless Cleveland and call forth God's destiny for our region. Testimonies from this weekend encounter with God include physical healings, lives touched through prayer & prophetic ministry, and a multitude of people blessed through the treasure hunting teams that dispersed on Saturday afternoon. As freshly trained, empowered and emboldened young people went out Saturday afternoon in teams, searching for God's treasures, they met with person after person that fit the prophetic clues they were given and were able to minister to them powerfully.
On Saturday night, Erica led us in a focused time of crying out for Cleveland and calling forth the promises of God over this region. Two prophetic artists from Bethel, Redding painted a beautiful picture, which they felt symbolized that God is birthing something in this region and that creativity, freedom, and the arts are a major part of that. The team ministered in words of knowledge and prophetic and many people were physically healed and spiritually moved. We ended the night with a fire tunnel, which left piles of people hysterical with laughter, overcome by God's presence, and overflowing with his love and destiny for their lives and for Cleveland.
