Lauren Witt, Director of BSSM-Cleveland, was born in the Greater Cleveland area and grew up as the daughter of a church planter. A 2nd year graduate of the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, CA, she is trained in the areas of healing, prophecy, Biblical study, deliverance, evangelism, leadership, outreach and missions. She also has a B.A. in Communication Management from Cleveland State University.
Lauren has participated in, assisted with, and led ministry teams in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Mexico and Africa. She has worked closely with several influential leaders, as well as working in conjunction with Iris Ministries and various other ministry organizations. She is an experienced trainer and instructor and has worked with children, teenagers, and adults.
Lauren has been placed in this position and is being propelled by not only experience, but prophetic words that have been spoken over her life. Heidi Baker’s former Assistant, Shara Pradhan, spoke a public word over Lauren and her connection with Bethel Redding:
"I felt like the Lord said this church was going to be like a second Bethel, a second Revival Hot spot and I saw you [Lauren] as a bridge between Bethel and I felt like Bill was even going to be coming here more and there is going to be such a partnering in the spirit with that anointing...I feel like the very DNA of that house [Bethel Redding] you carry...you are this chess piece on God’s global chess board and God is using you to web and be a bridge between two big centers..."
An urban dweller in Cleveland for the past several years, Lauren has a heart for the poor and broken. She is passionate about city transformation and equipping students to carry the Kingdom of God in order to bring transformation wherever they go. Her hobbies include photography, thrifting, and urban exploration.
