1. Each applicant must complete the admissions application. The application is available under "Submit an Application." Please answer all questions. If a question does not apply to you, write N/A (not applicable) in the space provided. All applications must be submitted with the nonrefundable fee of $25. We accept credit cart payments online, but if you are unable to pay with a credit card, please make checks or money orders payable to Bethel Cleveland with a specification of “BSSM” in the memo.
2. You will need to either submit a digital photo of yourself, or mail a passport style photo.
3. References - Three enclosed recommendation forms (under "Submit an Application") must be submitted to the school: one from your pastor and two personal recommendations from people who know you well and can speak on your behalf regarding your character, gifts, and calling. Please do not use relatives for any of the required recommendations. If your pastor is your parent or spouse, ask another member of the church's pastoral staff to complete the form.
**Please follow up with these individuals to ensure they have completed and mailed the form to us in a timely manner.
4. Application Deadline Date - Students are advised to apply as early as possible as the number of students that can be accepted per year is limited. Preference for acceptance will be given to students who have submitted all required documents to the school office before September 1, 2011. The deadline for late registration is September 1, 2011. The deadline for registration is September 1, 2011 for USA and Canadian citizens and August 1, 2011 for all other International students.
5. Your application is submitted for review when we have received all necessary documents: your completed application, current "passport style" photo, application fee, and three references. Once the Admissions Committee has reviewed your application, you will be contacted for a phone or in-person interview. You will then be sent an acceptance letter within 2 weeks of the interview.
6. Within 30 days of receiving your acceptance letter, you are required to submit a non-refundable/non-transferable $100.00 deposit. This assures us that you are coming to school and, therefore, we are holding a place for you.
